When the “Sites of Japan’s Meiji Industrial Revolution” was inscribed to UNESCO’s World Heritage list in July, 2015, the World Heritage Committee asked that the State Party give consideration to the 8 recommendations. On the basis of these recommendations, the Cabinet Secretariat put up the State of Conservation Report and submitted them to UNESCO World Heritage Centre on November 30, 2017.
